DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

All in stock orders will be carefully hand packaged and dispatched within 1-3 working days. 

For pieces that are made-to-order, we can typically ship within approximately 6-8 weeks of your order being placed. 

We ship with out partners at FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure your orders arrive quickly, safely, and smoothly. If you experience any issues, please email us for assistance.

You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parites, bad weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. Regrettably, any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit.

All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on bespoke pieces.

Please email us prior to returning your goods. We aim to process your returns within 3 working days, however during busy periods it may take us a bit longer.

We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns.

Lead Times

At Aspect Ajar, each order follows specific production and fulfillment timelines before shipment. The estimated shipping duration for each piece is indicated in your order summary during checkout. Please note that individual items may have varying lead times, and these timeframes are approximate estimates only.

We offer both "made to order" and "in stock" pieces. 'Made to order' items are custom-crafted specifically for you upon purchase and typically ship within about 6 to 8 weeks, as indicated in your order summary. 'In stock' items usually ship within 1-3 business days after purchase. You can find the label 'made to order' or 'in stock' on the product pages and in your order summary.

While we strive to adhere to the provided lead times, the actual shipping duration may be longer or shorter due to production capabilities and other factors. For any inquiries about your order status, feel free to contact us.
